1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of gozuplo.org (the "Site") and the Zuplo API gateway platform (the "Platform"), together called the "Service," provided by Zuplo, Inc. (the "Company") at 10500 NE 8th Street, Suite 1400, Bellevue, WA 98004. Accessing or using the Service, or deploying a Zuplo gateway project, means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

  • Use of the Service requires that you are 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must not use the Service unlawfully, disrupt its operation, or seek unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • You agree to stay within your subscription tier's usage limits and not bypass rate limits, token budgets, or API key authentication policies configured within the platform.
  • You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service except as law permits.

3. Intellectual Property

The Company or its licensors own the Service, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, which U.S. and international intellectual-property laws protect. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for its intended purpose.

4. User Content and Configuration

You are responsible for content and configuration submitted through the Service, including API route definitions such as zuplo.routes.json files, policy declarations, environment variable names, and API key metadata. You represent that (a) you possess all rights needed for the content you submit and (b) your gateway routes traffic only to upstream APIs and services you are authorized to access. You grant the Company a limited license to store, process, and execute your configuration artifacts as needed to operate the gateway service on your behalf and answer your inquiries.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10).
